Starting my career more than 20 years ago in my native Alsace, graduated in cooking and management, trained in the old, I was able to climb all the echelons and I directed my career in many establishments through the World, collaborating in particular with several 5 stars hotels and referenced restaurants.
These are particularly enriching field experiences that have enabled me to discover different cuisines and trends.


I have also been recruited by numerous cooking studios, notably the most renowned ones of the triangle d'or in Paris, as well as by training organizations, who entrusted me with the animation of thousands of hours of course by naming me head teacher. Having helped develop many projects and trends, I set up my own identity of culinary consulting in Paris.


With the same motivation I also develop a concept, which will soon be followed by several others.
I am involved with those who wish to carry out or develop projects in the modern catering sector.
